If you’re an SDR – maybe a new AE you work with.

If you’re an AE – maybe a new SDR or even Sales Engineer you work with.

If you’re anything in sales – potentially a new manager or new team members.

It’s easy to want to just dive in and go attack mode.

But it’s worth investing in the relationship first.

Questions to Ask Your Counterpart

If you’ve already dove in head first, it’s never too late to step back.

Try something like this next call or over Slack:

“Hey I realized we just started attacking accounts but never really got to fully understand how each other work best – cool if we spend 15-20 min talking through that? I had a few brief questions.”

It’s worth the investment in the long-haul.
