Automated Emails… can still work.

“Spray and Pray” is dead.

But if you lead with a strong manual email (Opps Framework), automated emails can still work.

Goal of automated touches: Remind the prospect of that 1st amazing, personalized touch.

…and also help you hit your activity metrics lol…

But here’s the catch.

Prospects won’t respond if they know it was automated or AI.

So craft automated emails where they aren’t sure.

KEEP THEM SUPER SHORT!

It’s much harder to tell with short emails and less characters if it was manual vs. automated.

Early-stage:

More Context

Middle-Stage:

3 value prop bullets
Shortest email, email

Later-Stage

End with humor

For all of these examples, you’ll want to take bits and customize it heavily to your offering.

Use them more for inspiration rather than a copy & paste play.
