We Template Everything…. Why Not Pre-Call Prep?
Pre-call prep has to be thorough, yet time efficient.
There are so many puzzle pieces I look for when prepping.
I used to spend half my time thinking “what else am I missing?”
I’d also have my notes in no particular order and it was all over the place when switching between calls.
Here’s how I fixed all of that.
