This Fulfillment Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the fulfillment of services when using Stripe as the payment method on our platform. By using our services and making payments through Stripe, you agree to comply with this Fulfillment Policy.

Order Processing Time:

  • Upon successful payment through Stripe, Easy Outsource will begin processing your order promptly.
  • The processing time is generally instant after the transaction successfully processes, with all content delivered to the purchase email of record.

Refund Policy:

  • Closed Won follows a no-refund policy unless there have been considerable efforts made to implement the material, and no improvements have been made.
  • Refund requests are only considered if the customer provides sufficient documentation that they've reviwed all material inside the course / program, and have dilligetnly applied the trainings consistently for at least 30 days and have seen no improvement.
  • Such requests must be submitted within 60 days of purchase.

Dispute Resolution:

  • In case of any disputes or disagreements between customers and Closed Won, both parties are encouraged to resolve the matter through open communication.

Payment Confirmation:

  • Upon successful purchase and delivery of the program through PayKickStart, you will receive email confirmations confirming your purchase and receipts. Funds will be processed through the Stripe payment system.

Currency Information:

  • All transactions on Closed Won are conducted in USD (United States Dollar), CAD (Canadian Dollar), and AUD (Australian Dollar). This is dependent on the client’s location.
  • Currency conversion rates are determined by Stripe's payment system.

Security and Privacy:

  • Closed Won prioritizes the security and privacy of payment information processed through Stripe.
  • All financial transactions are conducted securely through Stripe's payment gateway, and sensitive information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By purchasing products from Closed Won and making payments through Stripe, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Fulfillment Policy. Closed Won reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically for any changes.
